Jonathan Zucker
Jonathan Zucker is a campaign finance attorney and political technology entrepreneur. He was the first COO and second CEO of ActBlue. Prior to that, he served the DNC as National Director of Operations for Finance during the 2003- 2004 presidential cycle. More recently, he has founded or advised several political tech start-ups, including It Starts Today, Democracy Engine, ruck.us, and Crowdpac.

Howard Moon
Howard is an Executive Director of Government Affairs at Amgen. Prior to joining Amgen, Howard spent a decade working in the U.S. House of Representatives as a Senior Policy Advisor and Floor Assistant to the Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi. In addition, he was a Floor Assistant for the former Democratic Whip David Bonior and worked for the late Congressman Robert Matsui (D-CA), former chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC).

Mark Keam
Delegate Mark L. Keam is a member of the Virginia House of Delegates.
His legislative district is entirely within Fairfax County, and includes 85,000 residents. In 2009, Mark became the first Asian-born immigrant and the first Korean American elected to any state-level office in Virginia. Since then, voters in the 35th District have returned Mark to Richmond for additional two-year terms. Active in the community, Mark has helped start or worked with dozens of nonprofit organizations that focus on his passions, including civic engagement, serving immigrants and minorities, developing youth leadership, and promoting literacy and lifelong learning.

State Rep. Sam Park
Sam Park is the State Representative from Georgia House District 101 in Gwinnett County which include the cities of Lawrenceville and Suwanee. Georgia native, born and raised. Korean American son of immigrants and grandson of refugees. First lawyer in the family. Living the American Dream and working to ensure others have the same opportunity.

Jihee Huh
Ms. Huh serves as the Vice Chair of PAFCO, is the Co-Founder of Pete’s Seafood Club, and is the Asian Pacific Island American Public Affairs Commissioner for the State of California. She is also the Vice Chair of the Saban Research Institute at the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. Ms. Huh is a philanthropist and distinguished activist who has done transformational work in human rights and education.

Dr. Jeffrey Roh
Dr. Jeffrey Roh is the Chief Executive Officer of IntuitiveX, a life science consultancy and incubator created to help entrepreneurs and startups transform their ideas from concept to commercialization. He is a board-certified, award-winning specialist in minimally invasive spine surgery and has published numerous research publications over the course of his twenty-year career. With his combined medical and business background Dr. Roh is a transformational advocate for greater equity in entrepreneurship opportunities for women and minorities and has dedicated himself to the advancement of underserved communities with access to quality healthcare.

Grace Choi,
President
Grace Choi is the Founder and CEO of Karis Consulting Group, a national consulting firm that provides community organizing, strategic advising, and coalition building support for AANHPI organizations to empower the voice and capacity of the community. Grace is a community strategist and political leader with over 15 years of experience in community organizing, policy, advocacy, diplomacy, international development, and politics, where she has worked closely with high-level government, United Nations, non-profit, and private sector officials in the U.S. and around the world.

Linda Shim,
VP of Campaigns
Linda is Vice President of Federal Government Affairs at Comcast NBCUniversal. She most recently served as Special Assistant to the President for Presidential Personnel at the White House. She also worked for the Congressional California delegation as Chief of staff to Congresswoman Judy Chu (CAPAC Chair) and former Congresswoman Jane Harman.

Esther S. Im
VP of Operations/Secretary
Esther is the Senior Peace and Security Policy Advisor at Foreign Policy for America (FP4A), where she leads on issues related to China, Iran, North Korea and nuclear policy. Previously she worked at the National Committee on North Korea and the United Nations. She was born and raised in Arkansas and now lives in Washington DC.

Juliegh Chin
Juleigh was the Director of AAPI Outreach in the successful Special Election to elect Congressman Tom Suozzi in NY3. She continues to champion representation and inclusion in politics and government, serving as the Past President, Past VP, and current Trustee for Herricks Schools Board of Education since 2013, as a valued member of the Board of Directors for AAIRE (Asian American Institute of Research and Engagement), former NYS Co-Director of Make Us Visible, and now as the Community Coalitions Manager for the New York State Democratic Committee. She was the former Deputy Town Clerk for the Town of North Hempstead. Juleigh, born and raised in Pittsburgh, now lives in Nassau County, NY.

Irene Kang
Irene is Vice President of Government Affairs for the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS®. She was formerly Chief of Staff to DC City Councilmember Anita Bonds and worked at the DC Council for almost a decade. She is currently located in Washington DC.

Steve Kang
Steve Kang is the President of the Board of Public Works for the City of Los Angeles. He brings a distinguished track record of public service and leadership to the role. Prior to this appointment, he served as Vice President of the Central Area Planning Commission. Steve's career has been centered around civic engagement and community empowerment and spans a diverse range of impactful roles, including Director of External Affairs at the Koreatown Youth & Community Center (KYCC), a $20 million multi-service nonprofit organization that provides vital social services such as mental health counseling, youth programming, affordable housing, financial literacy education, and environmental sustainability initiatives. His professional career also includes serving as a District Director in the California State Assembly, and as the Executive Director of the Korean American Coalition–Los Angeles. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University and a Master of Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

David Y. Kim
David Kim currently serves as the Treasurer and Affirmative Action co-chair for the Washington State Democratic Party where he helps to fundraise for the party and candidates. He also serves as the Director of Government and International Affairs for the City of Seattle where he directs international engagement. David also assists on President Biden’s advance team helping with official White House and campaign functions. David is a graduate of the University of Washington and received his MPA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and his MPP from Tokyo University.

Michelle Kim
Michelle Kim is a public policy expert with over 15 years of experience crafting progressive policies. Trusted advisor to elected officials in New York City and California State, Michelle helped pass a number of legislation and built advocacy campaigns in areas including gender equity, workers' rights and justice reform. Michelle also teaches public administration courses at Montclair State University in New Jersey.

Philip Kim
Philip Kim is Senior Director of Local Government and Strategic Partnerships at Comcast. He most recently served as Special Assistant to the President and Director of Political Engagement in the White House Office of Political Strategy and Outreach. He has had the opportunity to serve in various roles across the Biden-Harris Administration, including as Special Assistant to the President and Director of Employee Engagement and Leadership Develop, Senior Advisor in the White House Office of Public Engagement, White House Liaison at AmeriCorps, and as Deputy Director of the Office of the White House Liaison at the U.S. Department of Education.

Erica Lee
Erica is the Chief of Staff at FiscalNote where she works at the intersection between policy and technology to help organizations stay ahead of risk by empowering them with critical insights to turn tools into action. She is located in Fairfax, Virginia, right outside Washington D.C.

Justin Oh
Justin is Member Services and Outreach Advisor for Democratic Caucus Chairman Pete Aguilar. He was former Special Assistant to Congressman Charlie Crist and previously served as House Chair of the Congressional Korean American Staff Association.

Jennifer Park
Jennifer Park is the Executive Director of the Opportunity Accelerator and the Founding Director of Bloomberg Philanthropies’ What Works Cities (WWC) Certification. With over 15 years of experience in government innovation and transformation, she has led signature government innovation programs focused on supporting governments in their pursuit to accelerate equitable economic mobility outcomes in their communities. Jenn also serves on the G20 Global Smart Cities Alliance on Technology Governance Task Force and is a panelist for the National Science Foundation’s Civic Innovation Challenge. She was selected to participate in the Center for Community Investment’s 2024-2025 Field Catalyst program and recently completed her tenure as a Public Interest Tech Visiting Practitioner at Cornell Tech.

PaaWee Rivera
PaaWee Rivera is an independent consultant who most recently served for four years in the Biden-Harris White House, as Special Assistant to the President and Chief of Staff for the Office of Scheduling and Advance, as well as a Senior Advisor to the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs. He has over a decade of experience working at the highest levels of politics. Rivera served as the Western Coalitions Director for the 2020 Biden-Harris presidential campaign. Additionally, he held various roles for Senator Elizabeth Warren, including Western Political Director, Special Advisor for her 2018 Senate re-election campaign, and Colorado State Director for her 2020 presidential campaign. Rivera spent three years at the Democratic National Committee in several positions, including the DNC’s AAPI Finance Director. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 2013 and is originally from New Mexico, where he is an enrolled Tribal member of the Pueblo of Pojoaque, located just north of Santa Fe.
